UN Secretary-General António Guterres deplores a "humanitarian catastrophe" in the Gaza Strip, which has been sealed off and attacked by Israel. He regretted that Israel had intensified its military operations instead of taking a "humanitarian pause," Guterres said in Kathmandu, Nepal.
