After the alleged drone attack on the Kremlin, Russia's Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has announced "concrete measures." "We will respond with concrete measures," Lavrov said. Lavrov went on to say that the alleged drone attack could not have taken place without the knowledge of the U.S.
