Ukraine conference in Paris makes aid pledges of one billion euros

The international Ukraine conference in Paris on Tuesday produced aid pledges of just over one billion euros. The pledges were donations and in-kind aid, France's Foreign Minister Catherine Colonna said. The aid is to be provided from now until the end of winter, she said.
