Trial against death racers at the Augsburg Regional Court

Since Wednesday, 11.10.2023, a 54-year-old man has been on trial in Augsburg. The man raced with several passengers on Stuttgart Street in August 2022 and lost control of his tuned car. A 21-year-old died in the accident. The public prosecutor's office accuses him of illegal street racing resulting in death.
