For the first time, the Defender GKA Hydrofoil Big Air World Cup took place at the GKA Kite World Cup Sylt. Charles Brodel (FRA) secures the victory with an impressive performance and becomes the Hydrofoil Big Air European champion. Lorenzo Casati (ESP) takes second place, followed by Peer Schnyder (SUI) in third place and Joselito del Rosario (DOM) in fourth place.
