The real estate crisis continues to worsen. Due to increased interest rates and high construction costs, overall construction has decreased. This exacerbates the shortage of housing, especially in cities like Augsburg. On the other hand, due to climate change, our homes must be built more energy-efficient and sustainable. Possible ways out of the crisis were discussed today at the real estate congress in Augsburg.
