The new Audi e-tron GT - Active suspension and Audi drive select with freely configurable RS modes

Standard is a newly developed air suspension with 2-chamber-2-valve technology, which offers significant advantages in terms of driving dynamics without sacrificing comfort. Optionally, the new innovative active suspension is available. This system offers an unprecedented range between driving comfort and driving dynamics. The Audi drive select dynamic system allows you to influence the vehicle's character. There are three profiles to choose from: efficiency, comfort, and dynamic. In the S e-tron GT, an individual mode is configurable, and in the RS models, the two individually configurable RS-specific modes "RS1" and "RS2" are available. Exclusively for the RS e-tron GT performance3, the performance mode has been created, which is designed for an optimal setup on demanding racetracks. The suspension keeps the vehicle's structure almost horizontal during dynamic braking, steering, and acceleration processes. This leads to very precise steering behavior and significantly increases control over the car during sporty driving. In these driving situations, the active suspension ensures a nearly perfect connection to the road through a balanced distribution of wheel loads.
