Since 1953, Renault has already built over eight million vehicles in Valladolid, Spain. Since the launch of the first generation in 2013, 2.2 million Capturs have been produced here. The Valladolid site is currently being prepared for the new Captur. The digitization of processes and the use of artificial intelligence contribute to significantly lower energy and water consumption without compromising quality. The use of cameras and artificial intelligence improves traceability and manufacturing flexibility. Finally, the new Captur undergoes a 'Confirmation Run' where 70 vehicles cover a distance of one million kilometers before market launch. The goal is to identify any potential for improvement and ensure that the new Captur meets the highest standards in terms of driving pleasure, quality, and reliability.
