Krautkopfball in Hohenburg

Cult carnival at the sports club: The municipality of Hohenburg in the district of Amberg-Sulzbach (Bavaria) celebrates its Krautkopfball every year. The cabbage leaf hats that were once used for carnival are no longer there, but there is a very special competition: The fruit and gardening club is looking for the person who can slice a radish with a knife so finely in a spiral shape that it does not tear: The longest radish spiral wins - and the whole sports club goes crazy.
