The new BMW iX3 - Redesigned seats, four interior worlds to choose from

High long-distance comfort, secure side support, and versatile adjustment options are offered by the newly designed seats of the new BMW iX3. The seat cushions reaching far down and the extensive avoidance of plastic trim create an elegant appearance. With their striking contours, the headrests also contribute to the progressive style of the interior design. The control panels for the electric seat adjustment are integrated into the door panels. The rear seat bench offers a continuous seating surface that resembles a sofa. Both at the front and in the rear, the new BMW iX3 features electrically operated door openers, whose actuation levers are arranged directly behind the window switch buttons on the pull handles. The center console between the driver's and front passenger's seats, including the storage compartments and controls positioned there, also presents itself in a completely new design. The storage compartment under the armrest also houses a 12-volt power outlet. In the front area of the center console, there is a storage area with inductive charging function, two USB-C ports, space for a second mobile phone, and two cup holders separated by an illuminated triangular decorative element. Behind them are the gear selector, a control wheel for adjusting the audio volume, and the physical buttons for parking brake, rear window defroster, front windshield defrost, and hazard warning lights. Below the center console, an indirectly illuminated storage area offers additional storage space.
