The new Hyundai SANTA FE - Developed from the rear hatch

Hyundai pursues a new design concept with the fifth generation of the SANTA FE. The designers developed the vehicle starting from the enlarged rear hatch and then designed the boxy body. Thanks to its distinctive shape and longer wheelbase, the SANTA FE offers a unique amount of space in its class. This provides passengers in the second and third rows with more legroom and headroom. Fully foldable seats in the second and third rows, as well as the generously sized opening of the rear hatch, create a terraced space that allows the driver to experience the environment from the new SANTA FE. The front of the vehicle appears imposing with the high hood, H-shaped headlights, and distinctive fenders. The H-shaped design elements are inspired by the Hyundai emblem and are also found at the rear. The commanding impression is rounded off by robust wheel arches, a shortened front overhang, and the 21-inch wheels.
