The legendary Mustang series is starting anew: The Ford Motor Company, according to European time, presented the seventh generation of the famous pony car at the North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) early this morning. The latest edition of the world's best-selling sports car will once again be available as a coupe and convertible and is expected to be available for order in Germany from late summer 2023. Among the most striking features are a newly designed, purely digital cockpit, a further improved V8 engine, and an even sharper design. The result: a true Mustang that will surpass its predecessors in terms of performance and driving pleasure. Far more than ten million copies of the Ford Mustang have hit the road in the past 58 years of its uninterrupted production. No other car received more 'Likes' on Facebook than this sports car icon. It appeared in thousands of movies and TV series, was sung about, and featured in video games. The fans' love for the Ford Mustang knows hardly any bounds, as the current sales figures prove: Since 2014, when the still current, sixth generation of the traditional model hit the market, it has topped the global sports car registration statistics year after year.
