2027 Kia Sorento PHEV Preview

Kia is introducing a new entry-level version of the Sorento: the diesel model, previously available exclusively with all-wheel drive, can now also be ordered with front-wheel drive. Like the all-wheel-drive variant, the Sorento 2.2 CRDi 2WD features an eight-speed dual-clutch transmission (DCT8), delivers the same output (142 kW/194 hp), and is capable of towing trailers weighing up to 2.5 tonnes (braked). This spacious family SUV comes with five seats as standard. The front-wheel-drive diesel model is offered in the "Vision" and "Spirit" trim levels, with the "Spirit" version also available with an optional seven-seat configuration. Even the base "Vision" trim comes with an extensive list of standard equipment, including a navigation and infotainment system, 18-inch alloy wheels, full-LED headlights, and a wide range of driver-assistance systems. The Sorento 2.2 CRDi 2WD Vision starts at 54,690 euros—2,000 euros less than the comparably equipped all-wheel-drive model. As is standard for the brand, it includes Kia’s 7-year manufacturer warranty. Deliveries are set to begin in January 2027.

Mercedes-AMG GT 55 SUV Exterior Design in Graphite grey

The new Mercedes-AMG GT SUV sets new standards for the digital experience through a connected software architecture, intelligent control logic, and the use of AI—blending technology with emotion. The driver-focused cockpit transforms into a customizable command center. Powered by the Mercedes-Benz Operating System (MB.OS), the latest generation of MBUX offers an intuitive, emotionally engaging interface that governs all vehicle functions. The cockpit provides a variety of display styles, including "Classic" and "AMG Special"—the latter featuring specialized sub-screens such as a central gauge (power meter/tachometer), "Pure" (a minimalist speedometer), "Vehicle Data" (temperatures, tire information), and "Trip" (navigation and journey details). The MBUX operating concept focuses on the essentials: the ""Zero Layer"" presents key information, context-aware suggestions, and recently used apps—all of which can be customized, much like on a smartphone. Connectivity services, such as Live Traffic Information, are fully integrated. A unique feature is the integration of three AI agents—ChatGPT, Microsoft Bing, and Google Gemini—into the MBUX system. The MBUX Virtual Assistant is capable of handling complex, multi-turn dialogues. This is complemented by three exclusive AMG applications—"AMG PERFORMANCE MENU," "AMG SET UP," and "AMG TRACK PACE"—which underscore the vehicle’s high-performance character.

Maserati at Auto e Moto d’Epoca 2026 - the images of the Trident

Thousands of visitors from 40 countries, more than 5,000 vehicles on display and for sale, and 235,000 square metres of exhibition space. These are the figures from the 43rd edition of Auto e Moto d’Epoca, which concluded yesterday at BolognaFiere after four days, from 22 to 25 October, dedicated to a passion for historic motoring. With 14 halls and strong attendance by collectors, enthusiasts and industry professionals, the event reaffirmed its status as an international benchmark for classic cars and motorcycles. Maserati was also among the leading names at the event and is sharing its participation through an extensive and evocative selection of photographs and video, now available to the media. The images capture the atmosphere of the show, the enthusiasm of the public and the allure of the cars on display, bearing witness to the bond between the Trident, the local area and Italian automotive culture. Two icons of Maserati’s interpretation of Italian Gran Turismo attracted particular attention from visitors at the Motor Valley stand. On one side was the 1972 Ghibli SS Coupé, a masterpiece whose model celebrates its 60th anniversary this year, with its low, sleek lines and a powerful 4.9-litre V8 delivering 335 hp at 5,500 rpm. On the other was the new 590-hp GranTurismo Trofeo, which turned heads with its sophisticated Verde Giada livery and sculptural design, paired with the iconic 3.0-litre V6 Nettuno engine, tuned to deliver 590 hp and 650 Nm of torque.
