Corona mask fraud: defendant convicted of defamation to Jens Spahn

The trial of the attempted mask fraud in the millions in connection with the Corona pandemic and ex-Federal Health Minister Jens Spahn ended on March 24 at the Osnabrück Regional Court (Lower Saxony). However, a verdict against the 32-year-old defendant has been reached on only one of the charges - for defamation against Jens Spahn. Hendrik H. could not be proven to have committed the mask fraud.
