Sales of mobile homes and caravans have fallen slightly compared to the previous year - but that doesn't really mean anything when you consider that during the covid pandemic the growth was in the double digits - some statistics show growth rates of 40%. In this respect, manufacturers once again traveled to Düsseldorf with delivery times, where the largest trade fair for the industry took place, the Caravan Salon. Waiting times and the unbroken trend towards “van life” are making many camping fans think about self finishing their vehicle – it just takes a little courage and not necessarily a lot of skill, and therefore can be done by anyone who loves to travel.
