Farmer breaks grassland - and plants blueberries: Authorities against agriculture

Source: AGRARHEUTE (Glomex)

A farmer buys various areas that were previously meadows and grassland. He initially practices arable farming there. Later, without the approval of the nature conservation authority, he converts the areas into blueberry plantations. The nature conservation authorities demand the reversion of the areas to their original state - and the removal of all plants, structures, and soil changes associated with blueberry cultivation. The matter goes to court.
