Wage agreement failed: Bus cancellations in Schleswig-Holstein

Four weeks ago, the negotiator for the unions called the new wage agreement with the private bus companies in Schleswig-Holstein a "historic milestone." Now, the Omnibus Association North has revoked this agreement on time. The wage compromise has collapsed. The withdrawal was justified by the state's cost-cutting measures, which have left no money to pay the negotiated wages.
