The lawyers of disgraced rapper Sean 'Diddy' Combs have filed a motion to prevent the prosecution from introducing new allegations of sexual assault in his upcoming criminal trial. In Combs' federal trial set to begin in May, the charges involve the alleged rape, sex trafficking, and physical abuse of his former partner Cassie Ventura. Combs' attorneys argued with the prosecutors not to allow evidence of past sexual abuse, as such evidence would prevent a fair trial.
