US to refuse visas to Palestinian Authority officials: State Department

The US State Department announces sanctions "that deny visas" to members of the Palestine Liberation Organization and Palestinian Authority officials. "These actions reflect our national security interests and our commitment to holding the PLO and PA accountable for undermining the prospects for peace," US Department of State deputy spokesperson Tommy Pigott tells reporters.
