Trump and Japan PM Takaichi sign agreement on rare earths supply
US President Donald Trump and Japanese Prime minister Takaichi sign an agreement "securing" the supply of critical and rare earth minerals. The US leader is on a two-day visit to Japan, sandwiched between a trip to Malaysia and a meeting in South Korea with Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping that could ease the bruising trade war between the world's two biggest economies.
