Passengers on a Bogota-Caracas flight, cancelled while boarding, are waiting for information on their situation after Venezuela suspended flights to and from neighboring Colombia with immediate effect. Caracas announced the measure after what it called a cross-border infiltration of "mercenaries" planning to disrupt legislative and regional elections this weekend. IMAGES
