Russia has released the American-Russian ballerina Xenia Karelina. In exchange, the German-Russian citizen Arthur Petrow is to be extradited. Karelina was sentenced to twelve years in a penal colony for treason. According to the US Secretary of State, the 34-year-old is on her way to the USA.
