Attention minimum activity: Farmers could lose agricultural subsidies
A so-called minimum activity must be carried out on subsidized agricultural land up to and including November 15 of the application year. This is because only with a minimum level of cultivation can the aid activity on this land be maintained. The regulation also applies to land that has been taken out of production. The tax consultancy ETL Agrar und Forst draws attention to this. You can find out which rules farmers should observe with regard to minimum activity here in our video.
