"Edgar Cut" among young men
Do you look like that too or do you not dare? In the classic version of the "Edgar" cut, the hair is cut as if around a pot or bowl and runs straight around the head. The bangs have hard edges, the sides are accurately shaved and faded. A perm is optional. What's wrong with young people? Wrong question. According to one expert: "Many 18-year-olds simply don't see it as 'ugly' or a 'granny hairstyle' because they see it as a historically unencumbered look," says Diane Weis, Professor of Fashion Journalism. So the Edgar cut stands for a fundamental change in younger men and basically a modern male image.
