Several actors have secretly left the ZDF series

Expectations for the 15th season of the ZDF series "Die Bergretter" are high, not least because of a guest appearance by Heidi Klum. However, the series, known for its suspense and emotional depth, is experiencing a change in the cast. Dr. Verena Auerbach and police officer Jens Schwarz have left the series, which may come as a surprise to fans. The character of Commissioner Alexandra Winkler brings new blood into the series, while it will be interesting to see who will take Dr. Auerbach's place. In addition, the fact that the deceased character Andreas Marthaler has the same name as the Bergdoktor, both played by Martin Gruber, casts a curious light on ZDF evening entertainment.
