The A3 is digital and connected - thanks to numerous connect services, Functions on Demand, and an app store. Standard features now include Digital Radio DAB+ and the 10.1-inch touch display, as well as the Audi virtual cockpit and inductive charging for smartphones on board. In addition to the two USB-C charging ports in the front center console, there are also two additional ports in the rear as standard.

Peter Hickman, a five-time Isle of Man TT winner, has announced a deeper relationship with Dunlop Moto Europe. This new relationship includes the role of Official Brand Ambassador, in addition to his role as Dunlop's tire test driver. The 34-year-old Briton chose Dunlop tires to achieve success at the Isle of Man TT and other demanding races such as the Macau and Ulster Grand Prix. He won his first TT in 2018, setting an absolute lap record of 135,452 mph (217,989 km / h) on the final lap in his BMW S 1000 RR. A year later, he sealed his name in the Ulster Grand Prix record books, making the Northern Ireland road circuit even faster than the Manx lap with an impressive 136,415 mph (219,539 km / h) average, with top speeds over 200 mph (322 km / h).
