Family will be launched on the market in the small car segment. The entry price is expected to be 20,000 to 25,000 euros. The study of a compact, all-electric crossover model is all about sustainability, digital technology, timeless design and an innovative interior design. With its powerful proportions and emphatically reduced design language, the ID. LIFE is immediately recognizable as a forward-looking concept for urban mobility. The ID. LIFE was developed from the ground up for sustainable mobility, an emotional driving experience and versatile user orientation. Its purist and timeless appearance evokes sympathy, its interior focuses on people and the communal experience, and its digital technology takes into account the needs of young target groups. Access to the vehicle is granted by means of a camera and facial recognition software. Thanks to a variable seating landscape, the interior can be transformed into a cinema or gaming lounge. Inductive charging cradles for smartphones are integrated into the door pockets. The design of the ID. LIFE is strikingly clear, minimalist and high-quality. Decorative elements and add-on parts are dispensed with, as is a complex mix of materials. The horizontal division between the body, glass surfaces and roof also contributes to the purist appearance. A customizable and removable roof made of air chamber textile enables an open-air feeling in the ID. LIFE and also reduces the vehicle weight.
