The distinctive character of the individual equipment lines of Fiat 500, Fiat 500X and Fiat 500L can be further emphasized. With option packages that offer a significant price advantage, your own vehicle can be designed more individually. For example, the Fiat 500 is available with the vision package with bi-xenon headlights and automatically dimming interior mirrors, while the Sky package offers the “Sky Dome” electric sliding roof and chrome-plated door sills especially for the sedan variant of the Fiat 500. The winter package, available for the Fiat 500L, includes the Drive Mode Selector, M + S tires and a heated windscreen. In addition, the comfort package with floor mats at the front, height-adjustable load compartment cover and grab handles leaves nothing to be desired. With the Fiat 500X, for example, the “Magic Eye & Safety Plus” package ensures absolute safety. Jaguar Land Rover is developing a prototype hydrogen fuel cell electric vehicle (FCEV) based on the new Land Rover Defender, with testing scheduled to begin this year. The FCEV concept is part of Jaguar Land Rover’s aim to achieve zero tailpipe emissions by 2036, and net zero carbon emissions across its supply chain, products and operations by 2039, in line with the Reimagine strategy announced last month. FCEVs, which generate electricity from hydrogen to power an electric motor, are complimentary to battery electric vehicles (BEVs) on the journey to net zero vehicle emissions. Hydrogen-powered FCEVs provide high energy density and rapid refuelling, and minimal loss of range in low temperatures, making the technology ideal for larger, longer-range vehicles, or those operated in hot or cold environments.

This version brings the 1.5 140V hybrid engine to its debut, alongside the popular 1.4 48V variant. The new propulsion system blends the adventurous spirit of the original VITARA with the needs of today's motorists, who are increasingly attentive to efficiency and respect for the environment, as well as comfort and performance. With this new model, the electrification process of the Suzuki range, which began in 2016 with the Baleno Hybrid, has come to completion and enters a new phase. The Suzuki hybrid 140 Volt technology that debuts with VITARA HYBRID 1.5 140V will play an increasingly important role in the near future and will also be offered on other models, allowing to comply with the increasingly stringent European regulations on emissions. Honda Introduces New Honda Sensing 360 System as Latest Step Toward Achieving Goal of Zero Traffic Collision Fatalities by 2050

Honda today announced plans to apply the next generation of its advanced suite of safety and driver-assistive technologies – Honda Sensing 360 – to all new Honda and Acura models in the U.S. by 2030. With an expanded sensory range around the entire vehicle, Honda Sensing 360 removes blind spots to enhance collision avoidance, while also reducing driver burden. The U.S. application of Honda Sensing 360 is part of a global strategy announced by Honda Motor Co., Ltd., that will begin in China, in 2022. The Acura version of Honda Sensing 360 will utilize the AcuraWatch™ system name in North America. These latest safety advances reflect a global vision announced by Honda global CEO Toshihiro Mibe in April 2021, to strive for both zero traffic collision fatalities involving Honda motorcycles and automobiles globally by 2050 and carbon-neutrality for its products and corporate activities by 2050.
