The new model line’s assistance systems perfect ease of driving and safety. Included as standard in the ID. Buzz and ID. Buzz Cargo is the ‘Car2X’ local warning system, which utilises signals from other vehicles and the transport infrastructure to spot hazards in real time. Also included as standard: the ‘Front Assist’ emergency braking function and, in the MPV, the ‘Lane Assist’ lane-keeping assistant. With new software, new assistance functions are also making their way into the ID. family. Available as an option is ‘Travel Assist with swarm data’, which facilitates partially automated driving across the entire speed range and, for the first time, assisted lane-changing on the motorway. Also new: the ‘Memory Function’ for automated parking on a previously saved route.
The new Nissan Qashqai - comprehensive connectivity
The new Nissan Qashqai offers an advanced infotainment system with numerous networked functions and services. These include the problem-free integration of smartphones, a WiFi hotspot for up to seven devices and NissanConnect Services, a special app for controlling and monitoring the vehicle remotely. The central display of the NissanConnect system, enlarged to nine inches, has a higher resolution and serves as a digital control center for navigation, entertainment and vehicle settings. Smartphones can be integrated via Apple CarPlay® (for the first time also wirelessly) and Android Auto®. The new high-resolution 12.3-inch TFT display offers various configurable layouts and, depending on the setting, shows information on navigation, entertainment, traffic or the vehicle; it is operated via a new control on the steering wheel. A "Kiriko" texture integrated into the digital background, as if made of cut glass, refers to Nissan's Japanese DNA. The innovative, 10.8-inch head-up display provides important information about the vehicle, navigation and assistance systems in the driver's direct field of vision on the windshield, so that the driver can concentrate fully on the traffic situation. That increases security and comfort. The Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa voice assistants are also finding their way into the Qashqai - and with them a multitude of new functions that connect the car with the home. Navigation destinations can be communicated to the voice assistant at home; when you get into the Qashqai, the best route has long been programmed

SUVs are very popular with an increasing number of customers. They are the most popular vehicle segment in the USA and China as they offer good levels of visibility, safety and comfort. In Europe and Germany market shares are also continuously on the up and especially compact models are booming. With the ID.4, Volkswagen is offering a fully electrically driven SUV for the very first time. It offers the space, flexibility and all benefits customers appreciate about SUVs. The ID.4 is an all-round talent that can be driven in a sporty, yet also easy and comfortable way. The battery stores up to 77 kWh of energy (net) and enables ranges of up to 520 km (WLTP). It is installed below the passenger compartment which guarantees a low centre of gravity. The electric drive motor, positioned at the rear axle, generates 150 kW (204 PS) – enough to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 8.5 seconds and deliver a top speed of 160 km/h. Thanks to the rear-wheel drive’s strong grip and its 21 centimetres of ground clearance, the E-SUV also performs well in gentle off-road terrain.
