World premiere of the new Nissan Qashqai - Electrified and refined

With the premiere of the new Qashqai, Nissan is underpinning its leading role in the European crossover segment. Nissan has sold more than three million vehicles in Europe to date since the first Qashqai established this vehicle class in 2007. The third generation of the pioneer and bestseller follows the guidelines that already characterized the concept, design and development of its two predecessors: these include an appealing design, intelligent packaging and efficient powertrains, combined with upscale quality and a driving experience that is usually more familiar from higher vehicle classes. Thanks to the innovative new CMF-C alliance platform, the new Qashqai will once again raise the bar in the crossover segment. As with the previous generations, Nissan Design Europe in London is responsible for the exterior design of the new Qashqai, while the technical development took place at the Nissan Technical Centre Europe in Cranfield (GB).
