Both models offer seamless integration of compatible smartphone and the Uconnect system touchscreen to manage charging according to the driver's needs and lifestyle. The battery is charged either while driving by the internal combustion engine and by means of recuperation during braking, or at an external, appropriately suited socket at home using the household plug, or at a public charging station using the specific Type 2 cable available on request. To optimize charging times and provide additional, secure home solutions, customers can choose FCA's convenient easyWallbox, which allows the battery to be connected to a standard household outlet and offers fast charging, remote control and charge management via an app. Alternatively, there is a choice of the advanced Connected Wallbox, which adds connectivity services and can be controlled remotely.
