Revamp of the KODIAQ: roughly four years after ŠKODA launched the first model in its SUV campaign, the carmaker has now upgraded the globally successful KODIAQ. The Czech brand has further developed the emotive design of the KODIAQ, which can also be ordered as a 7-seater, and improved its aerodynamics. For the first time, the range of options for this large ŠKODA SUV includes innovative full LED Matrix headlights. The sporty range-topping KODIAQ RS has not only had a visual makeover but has also been given a new, more powerful TSI engine. The updated KODIAQ will be available from July 2021.
The new Nissan Qashqai - Efficient and electrified driving pleasure
Dynamics and efficiency in uncompromising harmony: the third generation of the Nissan Qashqai features two new powertrains. These powertrain options bring the Japanese manufacturer closer to its goal of increasing the share of electrified vehicles in Europe to 50 percent by 2024. In addition to a 1.3 DiG-T gasoline engine with mild hybrid technology, the Qashqai marks the European debut of the advanced and award-winning Nissan e-POWER - a unique powertrain that adopts technology components from the e-car pioneer LEAF. There is a wide variety of powertrains to meet every customer need: the Qashqai comes in a choice of 2WD or 4WD, with a 6-speed manual transmission or a new Xtronic automatic, and the electric e-POWER powertrain, with the focus always on driving pleasure.
Jaguar Classic has unveiled its first matched pair of E-type 60 Collection cars, and revealed full specification details for the 12 expertly restored and sympathetically uprated 3.8-litre E-types built to celebrate 60 years of the iconic sports car. The E-type made its world debut in Geneva, Switzerland on 15 March 1961. The public reaction to the lone coupé available for test drives was so strong that Jaguar rushed a second E-type, a roadster, from Coventry to Geneva overnight. Six decades later, the E-type 60 Collection pays tribute to these two legendary cars: the Opalescent Gunmetal Grey coupé ‘9600 HP’, driven ‘flat out’ by Bob Berry to make the launch itself, and the British Racing Green roadster ’77 RW’, driven by Norman Dewis who was told to ‘drop everything’ to get to Geneva the next day. The E-type 60 Collection cars, which are sold as a pair (one E-type 60 Edition coupé, one E-type 60 Edition roadster) are finished in exclusive Flat Out Grey and Drop Everything Green paint colours respectively. These colour formulations are inspired by the original 1961 colours and won’t be used on any other Jaguar.
The powerful proportions of a modern SAV, a reduced surface design and precisely designed details characterize the clear exterior design, which gives the BMW iX M60 its characterful presence. The brake callipers of the sports brake system painted blue and featuring an M logo, the BMW Individual Exterior Line titanium bronze and M logos in the new high-gloss black/titanium bronze version on the front side walls and on the rear of the vehicle provide clear indications of the performance character of the BMW iX M60. Optionally, 22-inch M aerodynamic wheels with an exclusive design in titanium bronze are available.
