All-electric on the road - the new Volvo XC40

Swedish carmaker Volvo got off to a flying start in 2021, selling more than 30 percent more cars worldwide and thus celebrating the most successful January in the company's history. However, the Swedes not only want to increase their sales figures step by step, but also become a climate-neutral company by 2040. This includes significantly reducing the CO2 footprint of its model range by 40 percent by 2025, by which time half of the new Volvos sold worldwide should also be fully electric.
