The new MINI Countryman - Interior - Lots of space and even more freedom for individual style
"The new MINI Countryman combines its versatile driving characteristics with a variable interior. There are three fully-fledged seats in the rear. Alternatively, the second row of seats can also be used to expand transport capacities. By folding down the rear seat backrest, which can be divided in a ratio of 40: 20: 40, the luggage compartment volume can be expanded from 450 to up to 1,390 liters. The targeted individualization of the interior, based on the customer's personal style, is made even more attractive by new options and a further developed offering structure. Chester leather Indigo Blue and Chester Malt Brown leather have been added to the range of seat upholstery. The Color Line, previously offered as an individual option for the lower area of the instrument panel and the door trim, is now an integral part of the leather interior in the corresponding color scheme. With a simplified menu structure and pioneering design, Pivi Pro provides immediate responses – even when starting the vehicle for the first time. Its built-in back-up battery means navigation initialisation takes just seconds, while the logical menus allow the most commonly used functions to be accessed directly from the customisable home screen, to reduce driver distraction. Connectivity is provided by dual-sim technology, with two LTE modems enabling the system to carry out multiple functions at the same time – such as streaming media and downloading Software-Over-The-Air (SOTA) updates – without compromising performance. Land Rover’s SOTA technology allows owners to update as many as 44 individual electronic modules, without the inconvenience of visiting a retailer.
