Motor Valley 2022 inauguration
Motor Valley Fest - “THE ART OF INNOVATION”, the widespread festival of the Land of Motors of Emilia-Romagna, raises the curtain on the 2022 edition.
In May 1950, Carlo Abarth presented the "Abarth Exhaust" at the 32nd Turin Motor Show - and thus probably the best-known accessory of the brand with the scorpion in the logo. The performance concept of the founder is still effective today - it has been further developed in an innovative way by the engineers at Abarth: The result is the latest generation of "Record Monza" exhaust systems. Abarth also celebrates this special anniversary in the social media. Because members of the brand community are invited to a virtual flash mob. By means of a call, users are animated to post an Instagram story - and to upload the sound of their exhaust system under the hashtag #TheRumbleLipChallenge. The large fan base is one of the pillars of Abarth's success: there are now 83 official clubs - almost twice as many as in 2016 - and more than 114,000 people in the EMEA region have already signed up for "The Scorpionship". This group of enthusiasts supports the brand even in these difficult times and shows that true Abarthisti can stay united even at a distance".
